CMS Transition Planning
The Tennessee Board of Regents transition to Desire2Learn process has been facilitated by the wide involvement of faculty, staff, and administrators representing all 46 TBR institutions. The initial planning culminated in meetings in November and December of 2006. The implementation process is organized by campus, with each campus having a transition team and chairperson with central coordination.
