Known Issues v8.3 - Schedule

• Users with the permissions Access all Course Groups and Access all Course Sections only see events for groups and sections they are members of in Schedule search results. However, users without those permissions can see events for all groups and sections in a course in search results.
• Grades-related events do not display at the org level.
• French characters in users names do not display correctly in public schedules.Users enrolled in a course that you make inactive can still see events for that course in the Schedule.
• HTML code is included in searches in the Schedule. As a result events that are irrelevant might appear in search results.
• Not all events for a day might appear on the Delete Events page for that day.
• Users with the permission Access all course groups might not be able to access events through the Schedule tool for which they should have access.
• Changes to grade item and category names are not reflected in the schedule.
• When you remove a user from a course, events for that course still display in their schedule.
• When you import events, HTML tags might appear in the event description.
• Some DOME variables for Schedule tool that are no longer used are still included in the list of variables.
• In the schedule, users who click on Discussion topics they don't have access to receive a 401 error instead of going to the View Events page.
• If a user changes an event's start time while another user is viewing that event, then the user viewing the event receives a 500 error. Workaround  Users can click the event link a second time to see it.
•  Survey, Dropbox, and Quiz events to which the special access restriction is applied, appear twice in a user's schedule as course events and personal events.
• Users, except those with cascading permissions, receive 401 errors when they click the Select different course link on the Search Events page at the org level. This does not occur when clicking the same link in public schedules.
• Users with permission to edit group/section events are unable to do so.
