Known Issues v8.3 - Framework

• 7.4 series tools (not upgraded to the new framework) can be added to the navbar and used, even if they are turned off for the org unit.
• As of 8.2.1, attempting to attach a release condition based on a course component that has been deleted causes an error in the Content, Discussions, Dropbox, Quizzes, and Surveys tools.
• On the Edit Homepages page, users using screen reading software must manually refresh the page after removing a widget,  
• For users using screen reading software, the pop-up titles for fields in Start Date and End Date of the New Event page, are not descriptive enough to differentiate the start from end date pop-ups.
• If you repeatedly turn tools on and off at the org level in the DOME over a span of several minutes, those tools are still accessible when you turn them off.
