ETSU Wimba Widget

I am sorry it has taken awhile to get this up here.   This widget is basically a link to a separate web page saved in the "Manage Shared Files" directory on D2L.  The file provides instructions and links to utilize Wimba.  We have it set to only allow instructors to view the widget.  Thanks to Dr. Gary Walters for coming up with this workaround.  Here is the code for the widget and the separate page:
